Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) provides individualized support for adults (18+) living with serious mental illness who face challenges in daily functioning. Our goal is to foster psychiatric stability, build essential life skills, and empower individuals to live independently and successfully within their communities.

Diagnostic Assessment (DA)

A clinician or trainee completes a Diagnostic Assessment to confirm ARMHS necessity.

Functional Assessment (FA) & Individual Treatment Plan (ITP)

After DA completion, an FA and ITP are created to outline goals and supports.

Service Assignment

Based on the client’s needs and preferences, an MHP is assigned to their case.

Ongoing Support

Your MHP offers weekly, personalized support to build skills and promote stability.
